By booking a vehicle through DhamaniLink, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. DhamaniLink acts as a technology platform connecting customers with professional transport providers.

No-Show Policy
If you do not show up at the pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time without contact, the trip will be marked as a No-Show. No refund will be issued.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required to confirm a booking and secure a vehicle.
We accept Mobile Money (M-Pesa, Airtel Money) and Credit/Debit Cards via Pesapal.
All prices include fuel, driver allowance, and standard vehicle insurance.
Prices do not include park fees, specialized permits, or driver gratuity unless specified.

Trip Modifications
Route Changes: Any request to change the route during the trip may incur additional charges based on extra distance and time (charged at standard KES/km rates).
Time Extensions: Extending rental duration is subject to vehicle availability and will be charged at the standard daily or hourly rate.
